At PrimeKey Relocation (operating as PrimeKey Relocation Consultancy), we recognize that privacy is critical to our clientele. This document explains how we collect, process, secure, and manage personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada and provincial privacy laws.
The controller of your personal data is PrimeKey Relocation (Canada). Direct communication regarding data protection, inquiries, or rights exercises can be maintained through our dedicated digital mailbox at [email protected].
This privacy charter covers all services operated by us, including websites, contact forms, pre-screening interviews, real estate reviews, and strategic scheduling. It does not apply to tools, schools, or financial banks whose links are listed on our resources page.
We process three categories of information:
Under PIPEDA regulations, we process your information strictly for designated purposes based on explicit user consent and necessary contract drafting:
| Processing Objective | Types of Data Utilized | PIPEDA / Lawful Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Drafting moving timelines | Names, emails, schedules | Explicit Consent / Contract Prep |
| Arranging private school introductions | Children ages, curriculum needs | Explicit Consent / Request execution |
| Securing web metrics | IP numbers, basic cookies | Legitimate operational improvements |
This site actively implements advanced Google Consent Mode v2 architecture. By default, marketing, analytics, and personal tracking technologies are loaded as "denied" until you give express consent via our banner. If you reject analytics, your session remains completely untracked.
We store your secure documents and profile details only for the duration required to satisfy your migration schedule or legal auditing rules. Once your relocation is concluded and any optional support is finished, all assets-specific and private family folders are permanently deleted or securely archived under strict offline conditions.
Under Canadian privacy frameworks, you have specific rights over your information, including the right to access your stored documents, request corrections of invalid records, demand immediate deletion, or withdraw processing consent at any time.
If you believe our data handling does not comply with your rights, you have the legal right to file an official complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) (the supreme national supervisory authority on information protection in Canada).
Under Canadian federal guidelines, we do not knowingly market services to or collect data directly from individuals under 13. Any child-specific learning schedules must be shared exclusively by parents or authorized legal representatives.
For any privacy requests or to assert your data rights, contact our privacy desk at [email protected].
